Proctor’s Plant of the week

Here at Proctor’s growing quality plants is our passion, so every week we like to show our customers a different plant that they may not be looking for if they were shopping with us normally.

This weeks plant is Achillea ptarmica ‘Peter Cottontail’

A pretty perennial with ivory white, button like flowerheads produced over a low, mounding habit of green foliage.  Height 50cm.  Spread 70cm.  Flowers from June to September.  Full sun.  Hardy.

Barry’s Tip – if you want white in your garden, this is a must.  These achilleas have been in flower since the end of June, through all the wet damp weather in July and are only just starting to show signs of the first flowers fading.  A real garden worthy plant.
