The land in Staffordshire that is Proctors Nursery as we know it has been in the Proctor family for centuries, with a rich farming heritage, that then lead into the horticultural business that it is today.

The ‘shop front’ of Proctors Nursery is based in Brown Edge, Staffordshire. This is open to the public 7 days a week providing some of the most beautiful perennial plants such as Geums, Lupins, Rudbeckias, Echinacea, Euphorbias, Erysimum etc.  As well as Climbers including Clematis and Evergreen Clematis, Lonicera and Climbing hydrangea. We sell both Evergreen Shrubs like Ceanothus, Osmanthus, Griselinia, Leucothoe, Euonymus, Berberis and also Deciduous shrubs including Sambucus, Viburnum, Cotinus, Spirea, Deutzia, Contorted Hazel, but to name a few.

Clearly the product range is extensive and this alongside, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff has allowed the Brown Edge plant centre to become a cornerstone of the community within Stoke-on-Trent.
