When you buy online from us, we do our best to ensure that your plants arrive in the same condition as they left our Nursery. They are posted to you in a cardboard box for protection, but first they are wrapped in a plastic bag around the pot to keep compost and moisture in, plus a cane to reduce movement in transit. Please be aware that if a plant is too large for the packaging, we will prune it back to fit in the box.
Please note in the spring/summer/autumn months we are often exhibiting at Horticultural and Flower Shows, we therefore, may not get your order out immediately. We will do our best to despatch your plants within 7 to 10 days of purchase.
We post out all orders on a Tuesday and a Wednesday, as we do not like the plants to be in transit over the weekend.
When your plants arrive, remove all the packaging and water them immediately, as they may be thirsty after their journey. Should there be a problem, please contact us immediately.

Payment is taken at the point of purchase for pre order sales.
All orders placed where there is a plant that has been pre ordered, will be despatched when the pre ordered plant is ready to be sent. (We do aim to have the plant delivered within a reasonable time frame, however sometimes this may not be possible).
In the case that you order both a pre ordered plant and a plant that is already in stock, we will send out the entire order once all the plants are ready, to avoid incurring further postage costs.
If there is a situation whereby, we cannot despatch the pre ordered plant to you with the rest of your order, within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund you for the pre ordered plant/s and despatch the remaining order.
