Star Magnolia. A compact bushy shrub with large, pure white star shaped, scented flowers from early to mid spring, eventually covering the shrub for several weeks. This is one of the best magnolias for a small garden. Height 3m. Spread 4m. Full sun/partial shade. Moist, well drained soil. Hardy.
