An upright clump-forming perennial with fluffy sprays of lilac flowers with cream stamens, carried on purple tinted stems above a mound of mid green deeply cut leaves. Height 1m. Spread 75cm. Flowers June to August. Partial shade, consistently moist, well-drained, fertile soil. Hardy.
