Cupressocyparis x Leylandii

Leylandii is the fastest growing hedge plant of all, expect up to 2 ft per year. Prefers moisture retentive soil as when established takes up a lot of water and nutrients. Keep well watered during the growing season in the first year, then their roots should have established enough to take up the water they need. Container plants can be planted anytime of year, plant 18ins-3ft apart. Can be planted in full sun to full shade and exposed sites. Dig in a bag of our Farmyard Manure when planting and top dress each spring to improve soil.
