    The plant arrived quickly and well packaged. The price was great but the plant also arrived with over 60% of the leaves sun damaged and had to be cut off. Looked more like a clearance plant. Sent an email and never received a response. Very disappointed.

    I was recommended to Proctors and placed my first order in April 2023. These arrived in perfect condition having been carefully packaged. I decided to wait to see how they developed before placing a further order. Living up in the Peak District where it is much wetter and cooler than urban areas they have excelled and still look strong and healthy so decided to place a further order some 3 months later. This plant along with two others that I had ordered were equally well packaged and all very healthy on delivery. I will certainly come back for more and most probably try to find and call at the nursery myself as I do feel and bit grumbly about packaging and delivery charges.

    Whilst I only have 5 green fingers, and just beyond a basic novice, this company gets 10 out of 10 from me.

    My plants arrived quickly after being ordered and were well packaged. The plants are a good size and healthy. They were in bud and already some are flowering. Colour of flowers is lovely. I already have some geum totally tangerine but I am creating a new bed and have dug up and divided some but don’t have enough. I have bought from Proctors before and always found the plants to be healthy and they grow on and thrive. I’m not a fan of live plants being delivered by Royal Mail / Parcelforce as there is never a time slot given for delivery and I have to wait in the house as I don’t want my plants being returned to their depot for me to collect on another day. That’s just me. Otherwise it would be 5/5

    Amazing price for the established plant I received. So many flowering stems and packed really carefully so in excellent condition. Lovely coloured flowers and the flower heads are slightly bigger than some other Geums (like the Petticoats Peach) Next-day delivery too.

    Our totally tangerine Geums arrived with great care, beautifully packaged (including the bottom of pots sealed with water in bags, which no where else has done in our experience), each of the 15 Geum plants were totally in tact and were ones I would have hand picked myself. Plants are thriving and we are very impressed, thank you.
