Strawberry ‘Lucy’

Upright growth habit variety producing large, bright red colour fruit from mid June through to mid July. Tolerant to rain.

Suitable for: Plant 40-45cm (16-18in) apart in rich soil in a sunny, sheltered position. Will tolerate most soil types.

Harvesting time: Early to mid Summer.

Height and Spread: Up to 30cm (12in). Spread indefinite unless runners are removed.

Care: Water well before planting and keep moist until established. Replace old plants with rooted runners every 2-3 years.
