An erect, clump-forming perennial with delicate, lilac-purple flowerheads on slim, dark branching stems and scalloped, green, lacy foliage. Height 1.2m. Spread 60cm. Flowers July to September. Partial shade, consistently moist, well-drained, fertile soil. Hardy.
