Himalayan Blue Poppy. A choice perennial with rosettes of light bluish green hairy leaves. Beautiful saucer-shaped rich blue flowers with yellow stamens in early summer. Height 1m. Spread 45cm. Flowers June to July. Partial shade. Hardy.
